Fern and Sea sticky date chai is made from our wonderful base blend of traditional ayurvedic spices, that are roasted and combined with an aromatic tea. We soak our base chai blend in a divine date syrup, giving you an amazing sticky date chai that adds a lovely caramel flavor, that isn’t overly sweet. Date syrup is vegan, low GI and is an ancient sweetener which has one simple ingredient, wonderful dates themself. The word chai means ‘tea'‘ and chai is traditionally consumed as a sweet and spicy warm milk drink. It can also be made just like a black tea and served either warm or cold. how to brew

Place a heaped teaspoon of chai into a pot with 3/4 cup of water. bring the water and chai to a simmer so you get all the flavors dancing in the pot. Add a cup of your milk of choose and bring to a simmer then strain, or brew as you would a black tea. Can be enjoyed either hot or cold
