Hello, my name is Justine Season and i am the creator of FERN AND SEA. The reason for the name FERN AND SEA is that of the beautiful nature I’ve been so blessed to have grown up with here on the far south coast of nsw, it has been a huge influence in all my creativity throughout my life. As FERN AND SEA i am able to share with you my creativity through the things i most love, in my beautiful chai that is made from my very own much loved recipe, too my creative henna body art using fresh organic henna paste made by me, along with my deepest passion that is photography. Photography is very dear to my heart in that it offers me an opportunity to capture people, nature and the connection we all have with our natural world and it means so much to me to be able to share that with you. I’m also a mother to six beautiful children, each of them wonderfully unique and forever teaching me about life. My children remind me that time swiftly passes by and it’s through my creativity, be it making and sipping on chai, creating beautiful henna designs or photographing moments of connection to be kept forever. I am reminded of the importance of people and moments in our lives and it all comes together as FERN AND SEA, where i can put some of my many creative gifts together for you. Be it in your daily chai, henna body art for pregnancy or simply to wear henna as a beautiful form of art on your body. A family photo session, small wedding, personal photo shoot or pregnancy, birth and newborn photography.
